The actress starred with Sandra Bullock as a co-star on Murder by Numbers. Agnes Bruckner (born August 16 1985 is an American actress and former model. She began acting in television in the mid 1990s, and was later seen in numerous films including The Woods, Blue Car Murder by Numbers Blood and Chocolate and The Anna Nicole Story. Her career in acting started at age 11. She appeared in a few shows on television, including the drama for daytime, The Bold and the Beautiful which aired in 1999. In the film, Bruckner performed the role of a young high-school student in a relationship and David Strathairn. Roger Ebert, a film critic, wrote that Bruckner nailed this challenging script with total conviction. Bruckner has received the Independent Spirit Award nomination for "Best Female Lead" for this part. Her family consisted of three siblings: one brother and two sister. Hungarian was her mother tongue and she practiced it regularly to keep her proficiency. Bruckner is a Hollywood Californian born daughter of an Hungarian father and a Russian mother. Her maternal grandparents were German. In Hungary, her parents initially met before moving to America in 1984 via an asylum settlement in Italy. There are two of her siblings as well as an older brother.
