She was Sandra Bullock's co-star in Murder by Numbers. Agnes Bruckner was born in 1985. The actress began her acting career in the television industry in the late 1990s and has since appeared in a variety of films, such as The Woods, Blue Car Murder by Numbers Blood and Chocolate and The Anna Nicole Story. Her career in acting started when she was eleven. She appeared in a number of commercials, television pilots and a soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful at the time of daytime broadcast in 1999. Her first lead role as a performer took place in Blue Car (2002), an independent film where she played a student who was involved in an affair with David Strathairn as her high school teacher. Roger Ebert, a film critic, said that Bruckner nailed this challenging script with total conviction. The role of Bruckner was nominated by Independent Spirit Awards for "Best Female Lead". Her family consisted of three sisters and one brother. Hungarian was the first language she learned and practiced regularly to ensure fluency. Bruckner is a Hollywood Californian born daughter of her Hungarian dad and Russian mom. Her maternal grandparents were German. In Hungary Her parents were first met, and later immigrated to America in 1984 via a refugee settlement in Italy. She has a sibling and a brother.
